But I guess that pretty much describes me! Don't know much about anime or manga or cosplaying but I really want to learn so thanks.

Yay!! Welcome, and don't feel bad if you don't know much now, you'll learn. I still don't even know a lot, and I've been into anime for a few years now!! Besides, I'm sure everyone here wouldn't mind helping you~~!!
