12 Girl's Band

12 Girl's Band: They're a group of 13 girls (joy of misnomers!) from mainland China that play traditional Chinese instruments like pipa and erzi. They do some wonderful original music, but are more famous for their renditions of other people's songs with traditional instruments- most notably the Doraemon theme, Tokyo Nights, Hana (that famous Orange Range song) and Clocks (Coldplay).

Any of you have their music? Seen them live?

Anyway, yeah, I recently heard their rendition of clocks. I thought it was cool that they could play one of my favorite songs using only traditional instruments. Gotta look into getting some more of their music.
